I completed my undergraduate studies at Vaidyaratnam Ayurveda College, Ollur, and my postgraduate education at MVR Ayurveda Medical College, Kannur. I am a Certified Yoga Instructor and a Smrithi Meditation Practitioner, with a strong focus on wellness as my area of specialty.
I am at the forefront of Suvarnaprasana, a wellness program for children at Sitaram, and play an instrumental role in patient data consolidation for research and publication purposes. I collaborate with the Factory R&D wing for new drug development and the evaluation of existing treatment protocols. Additionally, I serve as the Member Secretary of the Institutional Ethics Committee at the Sitaram Research Foundation.
